how to get chickens to eat worms...

my birds go crazy for organic kale, of which i have loads and loads, but they hardly give any attention
to a worm.....all four of them just look at it for but a moment before losing interest.

any idea how to turn them on to worms?

They don't need worms. What feed are you giving them?

Some earth worms taste worse than butt. I would focus on insects first. There is a bit of a learning curve eating critters and it is generally easier to start with those that taste good.

Kale it is! I'll keep the worms in the garden then....

These won't touch worms, snails,slugs anything mucous producing "can't blame them lol."
Yours probably have a reason, chickens don't tend to be picky unless they have a very good reason.

Mine LOVE worms and grubs!!! They only like them if they found them themselves while digging
