How to get my chickens to not be afraid of me?

I have three pullets, all around 18 weeks old. One of them always jumps on us when we have food, lets us pet her when she’s on us and is a lot more friendly than my others. The other two - one does jump up on us, occasionally, but runs away usually when we try to get close to her to pet her l, and the third - runs far every time we come near her and only recently started approaching me when she sees I have treats, but will still chicken out and never come too close.
They’re three different breeds, and I’ve had them since they were about six/seven weeks old.
Any tips how to get them more comfortable around me?

Very pretty pullets! :love

What's usually a deal breaker with even the most shy chick/chicken is scrambled eggs. I'll hand-feed them little pieces, and they are like piranhas.

The other thing that really works is to bring one in the house when you're going to sit down and watch TV. Put paper towels on your lap, then your chicken. I do that for about an hour, then put them back. There is a noticeable change in them the next time I'm out amongst them.
