Don't keep him with them. The adults may attack and kill him.

I bet the gosling isn't theirs.

Try to see if another family will accept him. If not, raise the little cutie yourself.

Of course they do that's what gosling do, make sure they have the largest brooder you can give them and things to do, put a head of lettuce in there with them they will peck on it instead of each other[hopefully]. some hang them or cabbage just be sure to offer grit they need a way to chew up the greens. I'd keep the 1 week and week an a half in separate brooder and only let them have supervised visits with the older ones they are too young to be with the older ones.
