How to get rid of cats? I need all of your help!

I was going to suggest a live trap and take them to the pound yourself. But after reading the allie cat thing maybe you should give it a try. Cant hurt. Good luck!

Try calling your local animal shelter and telling them that you have lots of stray cats that need to be traped.

Ditto re: Donza, Ravenfeatheres and other similar posts. There are caring people who will help capture/rescue and do right by these cats. In addition to the contacts mentioned you can call veterinary offices and ask for any rescue contacts they may have. You can call Petsmart or other pet food type stores - they often have animal rescue contacts. This is going to take a bit of detective work but a humane answer is out there. I wish I lived in your area as I would gladly help! Once you hit on the right person or group, they'll come and harmlessly trap the cats, get them medically assessed and either treat them or if necessary, humanely euthanize them. Rooting for you!

Go buy a gun and shoot them it would be the least painful, they are awful creatures and can just be a problem, just get rid of them. Then you can easily dispose of their bodies without them dying under the household. You could also trap them in a cage and kill them that way, with a gun or blunt object. Try and make it humane whatever you do. See if you can trap them and put signs up around town for free Deformed cats

What you are suggesting is illegal and falls under cruelty to animals. There is not way, what you are suggesting can be done in a humane way!

Brooster, there are lots of organizations that will help out in this type of situation, all you have to do is ask and keep asking. It is the mandate of any Humane Society to help out with these cats. It was illegal and cruel for the lady to abandon her cats in the first place and she should be tracked down and punished. Please do not harm these cats further. Please to do not stop feeding them. With some live traps and cheap oily cans of tuna, the cats can be trapped and saved.

Cats don't chose to be born-if everyone would neuter or spay we'd all be better off. We own a Campground and we end up with dumped kittens every year. We have kept 3, and have mannaged to place and fix all of the rest them every year for 14 years.
