ok, heres the scenario....

I have 10 hens all laying.
I want to get at least 15 egs into the brooder at a time.
But i dont get 15 eggs at one time to put into the brooder on the same day.
What do i do to get 15 eggs together into the brooder ont eh same day to create an organized hatch of all 15 at teh same time (roughly)

You can collect eggs until you have 15 as long as it is not longer than say 8 days. Keep the eggs at 55 to 60 degrees with large end up in carton. Put a 2 inch something under one end and switch it to the other end twice a day to keep them turned.

When you have all 15 then leave at room temp (maybe 70) for 24 hours before putting them in the incubator and starting your hatch.

Hope that helps. Read alot under the hatching and incubation threads and you will get alot of advice on temps humidity and turning during your hatch.

Good luck and let me know how your hatch turns out .
