How to get the humitidy down

The humidity in my incubator was to high so i took the water out of it 3 days ago and it is still running in high 60's. Any suggestions?

If that it what measures the humidity it works because I used another one to make sure.

What kind of incubator are you using? Where are you (what geographic area)? Is the humidity high where you live?

It was made out of an old refrigerator. I live in South Carolina. I was having bad hatches and i was told the dibbies were drowning in the shell and to barely use any water for the early hatches. I took the water out and it is still running high.

You need ventilation. Do you have vents?

Yeah I have vintalation holes in it.
