I'm incubating goose eggs. I turn 2-3 times per day as I remember and do it the full flip or 180%. I also mist them with some water once a day. You can allow them to cool a bit for around 10-15 also like the goose would.

I keep mine in an egg carton that is wrapped in paper towels in the vegi bend of my fridge until I want to incubate them. Then I take them out and set them on the counter for 8 hours so they come up to room temp before I place them in the incubator...
