How to hatch baby chicks

This is my first time, i have owned my hens for 18 months and finally i had my first hen that wanted to set, she hatched two eggs then she didnt want to set any longer, i had two more that was peeking through shells, one just membrane around chick the other was just his beak cracked through, i took them out and put under light, and they both hatched like a half hour later, one seems to be doing better than the other, a lil worried about her. I still have 4 more eggs that hasnt hatched, do yall think they will hatch under the light, they are 21 days?

They might.....
......not a good sign that the hen left the nest so soon, especially if they were eggs that were pipping.

Were all the eggs the same age, put under the hen at the same time?
