How to hatch ducks?

I hatched 3 chicks now i want to do ducks! Do they need the same humidity as chicks? Will they hatch in 21 days? Thanks

Temp 99.5 to 100 F, humidity 55 %, raise humidity a couple of days prior to hatching. 28 day incubation for mallard derived breeds, 35 day incubation for muscovies.
