How to help a baby chic that maybe a preemie

[DAYtime]

This baby has been alive for about 5 hours. I found it in the coop like this. It moves slightly, occasionally chirps and I have kept it under a warming light and given it drops of water. The eyes still have a cloudy eyelid covering and I think they are closed. It won’t stand and only wiggles. Any help would be appreciated as I am trying to save it. Thanks !!!

No other baby chicks and I think this shell broke early.

How warm are you keeping him/her?

The yolk is almost all absorbed and he/she is still alive
