Here is my problem. I have 1 EE rooster who picks favorites. You look at one hen and see a very mean and aggressive rooster. You look at the next hen and thinks he's an angel. I have the hen saddle protectors for the most abused one, a buff orpington with yellow legs. How long will it take for the abused one's back feathers to grow back? Will he ever be rough with a different chicken for a change?
