There probably are posts on here already but where?

Can someone advise me on the kind of housing Guineas like?

Guineas like trees and roof tops but for their own safety you should teach them to go in a coop. Same setup as for chickens. Although even if you do everything right they may not lay in nest boxes. You will have to herd them in for several evenings before they will go in on their own. If you wait too late or try to move them too fast you'll have guineas in trees and then you are basically screwed unless you have short trees. I'm doing wing clipping on all of my next batch of guineas. The only one I have left now is the male with one wing clipped. All the rest became owl food from trying to sleep outside.

I wasn't even thinking of raising them for eggs but I guess that would be a pluss.

We have too many ticks around here.

Thank you.

I have one guinea male in a 10' x10' dog run with ducks, chickens, and a turkey. I don't have a top on the pen, so I clipped his wing ( I'm pretty sure he can still get out though).
