How to identify difference in male/female line in white oegb

I'm newly studying breeding in hopes of creating beautiful healthy birds out of these birds that I was very fortunate to be given. I appreciate any and all info one may share with me. Thanks

Since you have no colors or patterns to worry about then your task is much easier since you have solid colored birds. Hatch a bunch of chicks and grow them out and see if they produce better males or females. Most flocks have a tendency to breed like that. Did the previous owner have any thoughts about these birds on this matter?
