So a little background.
My sister in law had had a chicken tractor with 5 production red egg layers. One has to be separated because it was bullied so severely. These chickens are one year old and fully matured. She could no longer care for them so she gave them to me.
I just recently bought 10 chicks from co op and they're in a brooder right now. They will have their pecking order established by the time they get large.
I plan on using a very large shed as a new coop for both flocks. Both will be in a totally new environment. I was wondering how I should go about introducing them to each other since both don't have a claim to the coop yet.
Thank you for your advice!
