how to incubate mallard eggs

hi i have a pair of mallards i bought a year ago and i put them in my pond and the female laid 13 eggs and sitting on them but i looked today and there was only 9 so a raccon or something got them so i was wondering if u could tell me how to incubate duck eggs the temp,humidity, and everything to know b/c if another comes a missing there going in my incubator

The 3 missing eggs may have been bad ones rolled out of the nest by mom. If there was a raccoon, momma duck would most likely be dead now too.
