How to integrate 2 flocks in a new coop?

Did I miss the coop dimensions? Three 16 wk olds need at least a 3x5 coop, double that for the next 3… will they all be in the same coop from the getgo? That’ll be a problem unless the coop has ample space for them to fly to the perch and stretch out on the perches. (A red light helps minimize aggression, a real issue with birds.)
If you’re at all handy, create more ventilation- depending on the weather zone you live it can get very hot inside.) Good luck 👍
Coop dimension is 4 x 4. High side of the coop is at least 4 ft, shorter side is 3 ft (Not considering the nesting boxes at all in these measurements). There are 2 perches on each side of the coop one at 3 ft one at 2 ft. There are 2 extra perches on the back side of the coop, right before the nesting boxes entrance in a 45 degree angle, around 1 ft high. My previous chickens used these as day time roosts. I was thinking to put a divider in the middle of the coop to keep each group on one side at night, and some how also put a divider on the run, with chicken wire most likely. according to the current owners none of the groups are aggressive, but of course I fear that once the youngest get here they might get bullied by the older ones.
