How to Introduce a new Rooster to Another Rooster

Okay, so I have 1 1/2 year old Rhode Island Red rooster who has been on our farm since he was born. We now have a 5 month old Golden Laced rooster Wyandotte who is now introduced to the flock. How do I introduce him to the rooster in the proper way. I let both of them free range today and when I went up to check up on them, my little roo was bleeding in the head. I think the 2 roos got into a fight. How do I make them get along with each other in the best way?

LOL!!! There isn't a nice way, or any way, it just isn't going to happen.

That will be very hard to do unfortunately without much fighting about who owns the flock and it could get very ugly. You current roo has been owner of the flock for a long time and will not want to share his girls.
