How to introduce new ducks

i would introduce them after they catch up in size. The wire in between for now is a good idea too. I introduce while free ranging as well.

Sorry, let me clarify. They have been sleeping together in the same shed for three weeks. We do have multiple water bowls, but one food dish. I'll try adding another. I called the younger ones teenagers, but that might not be the right characterization. They are fully feathered, about six weeks old, quacking, and slightly smaller than the adult ducks. I'm surprised that they haven't established their pecking order and started to mingle.
