How to jump to a specific page in a thread

I was using a button that would allow me to choose which page of a thread I wanted to jump to, but now for the life of me, I can't find that button anymore. I don't even remember how I found it in the first place, but I thought if I moved my cursor over every possible "link" on the page, I would find it again. But it's really weird. It's like it vanished. (I'm sure it must still be there, right in front of me. I'm going to feel really dumb once someone points out how obvious it is.)

But thank you to anyone who can show me where it's hidden!

You hover over the ellipsis (...) in the page listing at the top and it gives you the option to type in a page.
