How to keep chickens away from house and bird feeder?

I used cheap plastic fencing,bamboo poles,and some zip ties to block off my house/driveway.So far the hens have not gotten under/over,but my dogs have figured the fence out! Weird how they hang out by the fence when they have the whole back yard to explore.

My girls, if they are not already waiting on the porch, will come thundering across the yard and run up the stairs to meet me. They then hop down the stairs and follow me to the coop, practically tripping me along the way. They know I have *treats*

Well I have a coop but after babies last summner I ended up with more rosters than I needed. I put the rosters out kept 3 in coop that are shut up every night. But with the rosters out 9 of them and loose I have them always on my porch pooping all the time which I hate. Also in flower beds. It seams that there should be someting they don't like to keep them away. I have land so they could get busy else where LOL. I am thinking there has to be a smell they don't like and humans don't mind. I want my porch to stay poop free.
