How to keep chickens cool

In Phoenix, we're approaching 100 degrees weather at night. Any suggestions on keeping them cool outside in their coop? It's open wired, so plenty of ventilation. I think it'll only get warmer from here.
How is your flock doing now? It was 111 in my coop yesterday with a box fan going! Poor babes. I live in Wickenburg and we are usually about the same temp as phoenix. My flock has survived 3 summers though and I have a very open ventilated coop. I wet the dirt every morning well, put electrolytes in their water but, I feel most importantly is the fact that I give them a variety off and on of cold fresh melon, tomatoes, Chopped Kale, Cilantro, blueberries, half thawed frozen peas, dandelion greens throughout the afternoons. They get their regular protein feed early before I go to work. I spray the roof and ground of the coop at noon when I run check on my lunch. I hope everyones feathered friends are doing well!

I live north of the Valley, where it is several degrees cooler during the day and more importantly cools off more quickly and is about 17 degrees cooler for the morning low. I use plenty of ice blocks for them to stand in the melting ice and ice bottles to lay next to in the moistened ground.
