I am almost ready to put my chickens outside in the coop and I was wondering how to keep the chickens from pooping on eggs. They're is an area for them to lay eggs in inside my coop.

Well normally the chickens like for their nesting boxes to be clean and they will try not to poop in them but if they do it's hardly ever a lot. Any dirt or filth that are on the eggs you can clean off with warm water and soap.

Work on getting birds to roost in locations other than nest boxes. Go out after dark and see where they are roosting. Then consider where you want them to roost.
I agree. Make sure the roosts are no where near the nests. :)

Ditto.

Roosts should be a comfortable width and at least 1 foot of linear roost per bird, at least 1 foot higher than the nests and easily accessible to all the birds.

Sometimes birds need to be 'trained' where, and where not, to roost.
If you find a bird in a nest after dark move them to the roost, doing this for a few days or longer if needed, you can train them to stay out of the nests at night. Takes calm patience but eventually they'll get it.
