How to keep ducklings in the winter

I am probably going to order some welsh harlequin ducklings from Metzer farms because my hatching experience didn’t go to well. Is there any way I can build a brooder and keep them outside during December in Oklahoma?

How many ducklings? It would probably be best to keep them inside, or inside a shed, garage, or duckhouse. They will need a heat source (heat lamp, heat plate, or mama heating pad design) regardless.

That’s exactly why I ordered ducks. If you make a heated water system it will add some heat in the coop
