How to keep hens from having a featherless back side and just looking scraggly?

I have a 30' x 20' chicken coop with 25 hens and 2 roosters. The chickens are right at a year old and the hens are beginning to loose a lot of feathers on their backside and around their necks!! Any suggestions on what I should do to maybe prevent this!? Thanks so much

If I had to guess, it's your roosters doing that to your hens?? I'm not sure you can stop that unless you get rid of your roosters...??
