How to keep her alive?

So, my beautiful polish frizzle, Ethel, is sick again. When I first got her, she was inside for 5 days (in my bathroom) with me syringe feeding her as best I could as she was skin and bone, lethargic, couldn't keep her head up. She pulled through, and was eventually able to move to her coop outside with her 'guide' bantam, ask believe she's blind.
Yesterday, same symptoms - not moving, not eating or drinking and eyes shut. She had laid in her poop (runny) and stinks. I took her to the vet today; she's had an injection of antibiotics and wormed, and is on 8ml of antibiotic/electrolyte syringe fed every 2 hours. The vet couldn't help with diagnosis; just tried to boost her all she could and she is not expected to survive. However! She's pulled through before; I will do everything in my power to make her survive and thrive.
Other than the syringed liquid antibiotics/electrolytes, what can I do? She's in a warm spare bedroom, on a warm heat pack with towels.
I have gotten a little mashed up pellet food with warm water and a little Greek/plain yoghurt down her, a smal piece of watermelon and a tiny bit of bread with olive oil. I don't want to cause her to choke feeding her too much; she doesn't fight me to open her beak as she's so weak and does swallow it down. Should I keep feeding her, or just stick to the electrolytes? She hasn't pooped in 6+ hours.
Would appreciate any help.

Could be anything,how long have you had her and how long ago was the first illness? How old is she? I am giving suggestions on what to look at: egg binding,peritonitis,coccidiosis.

Tube feeding will ensure she is receiving the correct amount of food/fluids,but in her condition i don't even know if she can tolerate it.

She's around 12 -14 weeks I believe. I have had her for 3-4. The vet felt her butt and checked her out and didn't find any 'obvious' issues like eggs (she's never laid; I don't know with frizzles how soon they do?). She has a completely empty crop. She has been wormed, couldn't find any mites. Eyes closed; vent seems clear.

I do not have a tube or feel overly confident doing that; the vet said to just keep syringing her the liquids for 5 days, if she makes it. I feel quite useless.

Has coccidiosis ever been considered? How long after you brought her home,did she become ill? Have you recently introduced any new birds?

Hello - no, it's not something i had heard of until going mad looking on these forums.

She has a 'guide' bantam who she's been with for a fortnight now.

She seems worse this morning, I don't think she will be much longer than an hour or so.

My darling girl passed peacefully the following morning. She is buried facing the sunset on a bed of willow branches and hibiscus flowers; and I miss her so dearly. She was such a gentle, beautifully sweet girl who would spend hours curled up snuggling with me and chilling out on my lap with my kitten. All my other girls are thankfully fit and healthy. Thank you for your help.
