How to keep pullets from all bullying one bird?

I have Ayam cemani and black sex link pullets together, they get along just fine but recently I received an all-white broiler. I figured it wouldn’t be a big problem to introduce her to my other pullets since they’re pretty friendly (I even have a one-legged pullet in there that has never been picked on by the others)

However, I believe due to just how much this white chick stands out, they’re all pretty mean to her

Solutions? I can’t separate her or she’ll never stop crying. I’ve heard red lamps help?

What are their ages?

Most chickens won't readily accept a newbie past the 3 week mark. The new broiler will need to stay with the others for company, but separated in a see-no-touch enclosure. You can use a play pen, large dog kennel, or something you build yourself, but make sure the grating is small enough that she can't be bullied through the walls.

I'd give them a couple weeks together this way, and then test integrating them together under heavy supervision.

I tried raising broiler chicks with regular chicks once, and in 3 days I realized that was not going to work.

The broiler chick will eat all the food. They don't stop eating unless it is dark. The bigger she gets, the more she will eat. In a week she will be much, much bigger than laying chicks.

They generally only live a short amount of time. And reach butchering size between 6 -9 weeks. If you keep them past that age, they often begin to die.

If she cry, I would separate her but keep her in sight of the others.
