I always keep mine around 60-75% (bobwhites, Ringnecks and Golden Pheasant) and dont have much issue through out incubation and high success rates 92-96%. But most times opening the vent will bring it down quite a bit.
But just a thought, a clean dry sponge in a corner would suck up some moisture and if you kept 2 or 3 on hand you could simply swap them out and dry them in oven, hair dryer, sun....
