how to make a cement bird bath out of a leaf :) pic heavy

i tried this a couple days ago and it just fell apart when i tried ti pick it up...have any tips???

elephant ears will make a pretty one. I need to look for leaves large enough to try this now lol. looks really cool, better than other bird baths.​
