How to make a chicken eat and on her own? Or how to make the chicken get her appetite back?

Hey guys, not too long ago I made a post of a chicken that couldn't move her neck and had a slight bump on her neck back in June. Well, she is still alive and turns out she has wry neck. She can now peck on things, look down, preen herself (she couldn't do those things but now she can. She can extend her neck all the way up. The thing is that most of the times she puts her head all the way to her back which I know she can put her head back in place because she sometimes sits/lays down like any other chicken and leaves her head in place. When she does, you can't even tell she has that issue. I want to prevent her head from going all the way to her back. She has fallen over millions of times, flaps her wings and tumbles around and sometimes the worst case scenario she flips backwards and leaves a trail of her feces all over the floor and sometimes splatters poop on the walls Is there a way I can prevent her head to go all the way to her back? So, she does alright. Another problem is that I have been making "torpedoes" (using the torpedoe feeding method) and giving it to her every single day. I have been doing this for a little over 3 months now. It gets super hectic sometimes as she doesn't want to be fed and sometimes get annoyed of me feeding her. So, I want her to start eating on her own but all she does is stare at the food and shake her head. I would show her some raw egg and she would go crazy for it but now she just stares at it and then closes her eyes or turns away. So I HAVE to feed her, she doesn't eat or drink on her own. Is there a way I can make her have appetite again? I really want her to eat on her own as that would make it easier on me and her. In fact I have fed her so late that I end up sleeping like at 12am. Any advice? Thank you.

Have you been giving her B and E vitamins, and if so how much and how often?

Did you treat her with the vitamin E and B complex that was recommended in your other first thread about this hen? If so, what dosage and for how long? Your hen was being picked on at that time, and wry neck can be from head injuries, vitamin E or thiamine deficiency or from some diseases.
