I really want to hatch a frizzle, I currently have Cochins, silkies, and barred rocks. If I breed a barred rock roo x silkie hen will it produce a frizzle?

You need a frizzle to breed a frizzle. Silkies are a different gene.

It's genetic and it occurs in many breeds. It's common in bantam cochins, and some polish. You need a frizzle to make a frizzle. It's dominant over straight feathers. When breeding a frizzle to a straight you will get 50%frizzle and 50% straight.

so if I breed a silkie and a barred rock there is no chance of getting a frizzle?

No. You won't even get a silkie either. The offspring should have a slight crest and be barred I believe. You need to buy a frizzle to make more frizzle.
