How to make a low cost incubator?

Think I already posted something like this...

I am doing a project where you make a low cost incubator, then incubate chicken eggs. (I asked my mom if I could do duck,geese, or quail eggs and she said no) Does anyone know how I could make the incubator? Anyone know where I could buy like, 6 sex-linked eggs?
