how to make an incubator

I know this is asked alot but I can't seem to find posts about how to make an incubator

You need an insulated box.

A heat source

A way to automate that heat source to maintain 99.5 degrees inside the eggs

A source of water to increase the humidity to 40-50% on days 1-18 and 60-70% on days 18-21.

A way to turn the eggs

A way to allow fresh air into the box.

A way to circulate the air in the box.
