How to make chicks 3-4 months old grow faster?

Hi i have a question and i hope people plaese help!! I just started in show chickens and my chicks that i am sapose to show in september are not growing fast enough. Can some one help me and tell me what i need to feed them to make them grow faster?

Are you showing them in 4-H? This was our first time showing in 4-H and we worried about our chickens' size, but we brought home Grand Champion pullet pen with 4 1/2 month old Cherry Eggers and many other Grand and Reserve champions.
I'm not sure there is anything to make them grow faster.
Remember they will grow quite a bit in the next month, what day is your show?
