How to Make My Silkie go Broody?

How do I get my Silkie hen in the mood to sit on some eggs? She went broody about 20 weeks ago and hatched out 3 mixed breed chicks. Now I want her to get broody again because I bought an incubator but it only holds 7 eggs and the hatchery was kind enough to send 2 extra purebred red silkie fertile hatching eggs. I don't want to waste those precious eggs but the 2 extra eggs will not fit into the incubator. This morning we moved her to a medium sized cardboard box with food, water, and 3 fake wooden eggs. Will this cause her to go broody? If so, how long can we expect it to take? Is it too soon for her to be broody again? Thanks, friends for any suggestions you can give me.

I know of no way to make her go broody...but I do know you can call your extension office and ask if perhaps they have an incubator they could loan (or rent) you. Hope you find a way.
