How to move hen and eggs/hatched chicks

My Buff went broody and we let her have some eggs. She decided to go broody in the nest box. This is our first time doing this. I tried in the past moving my broody hens before they got too settled and they just quit on me. So this time I decided to leave here. The problem is the nest box is about 18 inches off of the floor, the floor itself is chicken wire laid over a sturdier wire (babies legs at least would fall through). She has one baby hatched out and another getting ready to. Do you think she will accept my moving her into a dog crate under the coop right now?

Can you put something over the wire until all the eggs hatch or keep momma hen and the chicks in the nest box until they all hatch and then move them? I would hesitate to move them mid hatch.
