how to ook peahen eggs

Hi,I have 2 hens laying eggs all the time,anyone know what I can cook with them,they are not fertile at this time of year here is wi.,I know duck eggs make excellent cakes,but have not been able to find any recipes for the peacock eggs,,thanks a ton,,sue

Like mine hard boil. Just use them like chicken eggs, not much of a cook her, but taste alot like chicken eggs, myself I dont like waterfowl eggs. Peafowl eggs alot more like chicken eggs than waterfowl eggs.
