How to place a wanted ad for chickens?

I'm not understanding how to place a wanted ad. It keeps telling me I have to agree to the rules and I've already checked the policy when I sign up. Any info would be helpful?

Welcome to BYC!

You have to have 20 posts before you can place an ad in the Buy Sell and Trade section. So what you can do is stay in this section and welcome in 15 new members to give you 20 posts. Then you will be able to place an ad. (keeps spammers out of that section)
