How to position egg when internally pipped?

My gosling has internally pipped. Was wondering how to position the egg now that that has happened. Do I lie the egg on the side that i saw the internal pip? Or the other side?

You want to lay it on the side to where the pip is facing up. Good luck with your hatch!

So if i could see the pip on the "o" side, i would lie it on the "x" side?
