you aren't the only one and look how long I've been around. Someone told me how to do it and it worked the first two times. Then nada. I have to have my brother or son do it for me and neither are eager to do so.

I can't figure how to do a profile pic from my phone! Or the little dancing emoticons...

How adorable!

You may need to download a BYC app. I am not sure. I know with your pc, you just mouse over at the top right corner beneath where it says, My Profile...Starrybell. A window will drop down and there is a line for changing your avatar.

If you can't do this either, stop by this section of the forums for help, asking questions and there are stickies at the top for info on downloads....

Above where you type, there are some options. Scroll over them, and one says, 'Insert Picture.' Click that, and then hit 'Upload Files.' There you go!
