How to post a picture on a thread.

I don't know how to post a picture on a thread, because I am having trouble identifying what breed my hen is. Any help is appreciated

Are you wanting to post the picture from a third-party photo host site (ie photobucket) or upload it from your computer?

See the boxes above your "text box" while you are writing a post? The one that looks like mountains and a sun in a square is the one to click to add a picture - click that and a box will pop up on your screen - if you want to upload from your computer files click "upload files", select the file(s) and then submit; if you are using a photo-host site copy the URL for the image into the box at the bottom of the pop up window and click the use URL button -- does that help at all?

The problem is whenever I go to post a new thread none of the boxes with those options are above my text box.

When you click REPLY, you should get a window that looks like this:
