how to post a picture??

I have uploaded an image but can't get it posted. Instructions please

Click on Uploads in the blue bar on top of this page... It will open a new screen. Then down in the bottom righthand corner of that screen, click on My Uploads.. It will take you to your page of pictures.. Then find the picture you want to post.. There are two codes under the picture. Click on the bottom one and copy it. Then come back to the page you want to post it in, and paste the code onto the message body of your post.
