How to post pictures from Picaso.

I have a regular camera and I post pictures on Picaso. I haven't been able to attach from this program to the blog. I followed the instructions they have on the forum, but it still didn't work.

Any ideas?

I honestly don't know, but i drag photos to the desktop and then attach them
