Mister of course had to buy himself a rider mower when we first bought this place on its 1.30 acre lot. He bought a John Deere, don't know what model, brand new from Home Depot in 2003. Now we're finding ourselves struggling to make the mortgage payments (he's being paid on comission & it's not enough some months) and I'm looking for things we don't absolutely need that I could sell.
Do you think it would be worth it to sell the rider mower?
How could I find out its true value?
Our 3 boys are all old enough to help with the mowing chores, they all could help do the mowing with a push mower. I'd rather have a house than a rider mower. Please let me know what you think.
