How to properly take down a chicken coop that you have used for the past 3-4 years

What do you do with the coop? Can it be reused since it was once one those metal sheds and converted into a coop?
Do I have to clean it out or can I allow it to just go away with time?
Can chicken droppings left in the shed, cause any problems for my dog or cats?
I need help with taking this building down? Can someone give me some advice since I probably got over my head?

So you want to reuse the coop or tear it down? Definitely clean the coop out before doing anything to it. Pictures would help a bit. Depending on if the materials are in rough shape, that would help make the choice on tearing it down or reusing it.

I think it could us a good scooping out, then a hosing out, and then a drying out and it would be pretty serviceable for just about anything.
