How to put a chick down?

Wasn’t sure which category to put this post under so I just chose this one. I have a one month old turkey poult with splayed leg. I tried fixing it when it was first hatched but it didn’t help at all. I have tried multiple ways to help this turkey but it’s only getting worse. It eats and drinks just fine but I can tell it isn’t the happiest as it cannot get around. I physically have to move the poult to keep up with the rest. I was wondering if there’s anything I can give the turkey like a drug/over the counter medicine that will put it down pain free. I cannot bring myself to actually kill the turkey so I was wondering if anyone knows if there’s anything I can feed/give the turkey that will make it pass pain free

I wouldn't try giving it any kind of medication, especially not anything you can buy OTC, there's too much margin for error and it could suffer and not die.
Chopping the head off is about as pain free as it gets. Maybe you could find someone else who could to do it for you?
