how to put new hens in the flock

hi every one so im am incubating eggs and i want to know if any of them hatch when they get older how do i get the flock use to the

You're talking about integrating chicks. I advocate introducing new chicks as early as possible using a safe enclosure within the main run. Have you decided how you will brood them after they hatch? I recommend to heating pad system. It's safe and replicates a broody hen.
