How to remove the Racks on a LG turner?

I can pop the round end easily enough, but the bar on the motor end is tough and I don't want to bust it. Suggestions?

Hi - we have the newer version of the turner and we always take the screw out that holds the motor to the turner and then you can turn the racks straight up and down and they come right out.

yeah, unscrew the motor and turn racks so that the ends are vertical... should slide right out
