How To Repair Turner, eggs on their way

I have a Hovabator turner and on one tray the little piece that holds the tray to the frame broke off. I have the piece. I just need to know what kind of glue would be nontoxic and withstand the temps and humidity. Open to other ideas as well.

I would turn by hand that way you can work on the turner or maybe have to send off for parts

If its only one tray, you might be ok unless you are filling you bator full (lucky you) I had some break and i use loctite super glue. They have not broke since.

Make sure you let it dry good. You dont want your tray to get stuck and not move at all. Also i used loctite gel it was easy and it didnt go everywhere.
