Solved How to save articles as a draft

Are you sure that you are creating the article?
Once you select the option to save it as a draft you still need to hit the create article button.

Ohhh! That must be the problem. Will everyone be able to see it then? Or since it is saved as a draft will it only be available to me?

No everyone will not be able to see it until you publish it.
Go back and create one and make sure you hit the create button after you select the save as draft option.
