How to see most recent posts first in a thread

Can anyone tell me how to do this? If it's possible? I've spent 30 minutes looking and can't find the yes or no answer... Reading posts backwards makes me dizzy!

I think that if you click on "new posts" which is immediately after the title of the thread, it will take you to the posts that have been added since your last visit. The "new posts" should be there unless there's just one page of comments.
